Roslindale service is terrible, most days no mail - then a dump which may include a neighbor's mail. I have bills that are not arriving. Complaints in November 23 were responded to by, "we are aware of the problem". Clearly nothing has changed. I go to West Roxbury, Dedham or anywhere else there is prompt service at the counter and I am told regular delivery by people I know in those communities.

I am trying to understand why my mail is regularly delivered late or not at all. I wouldn't be complaining if I could get an explanation. I know things are hard everywhere. My neighbor has mail delivered every day. I've been to the post office several times. I've been premised callbacks that never came. I receive glassy eyed stares from the desk employees--no empathy. no explanation, just "the mail's out." I used to be a mail carrier and never saw anything like this. Clearly, the threat of taking my business elsewhere is absent. Again, just an explanation is all I ask.

I am not happy with our mailmen, they leave other peoples mail in our mailbox ! From J P. West Roxbury ,etc .And they throw our mail on the floor . They don't bother looking at names on the box . Its getting ridiculous ! Its like they don't want to look at names on the mail ! Please do something about this ! Thank you Elizabeth Doherty!

This post office is aweful, my mail is often thrown all over my porch or thrown in the front yard.

Horrible - It is pouring down rain and the mail was thrown up on the porch instead of bought into the entryway and inserted into the mail box. Hence the mail is soaking wet. This is not the first time the mail has been thrown up on the porch haphazardly. It appears some retraining on procedures is in order.

On a couple occasions we receive mail for the previous occupants of our condo. Twice already (that we know of) our mail person has decided to toss the envelope into our yard instead of taking the mail back so it gets to its rightful owner. Unbelievable.

Hello I receive Yoga Journal and the last two issues came at the same time without a plastic sheath- it clearly had edeges turned up and it had been read... I went to the local post office and asked for some help. Iwaited and waited and said the manager would be out- she never came. Then I was told to fill out a form and instead of giving it to me .. he pointed "over there" when I asked where to get it? couldn't find by then it had already been 25 min. and my family was in the car. Ok that was middle of August- just received my new Yoga journal... again it is out of the plastic and clearly has been handled. I plan on emailing Yoga Journal themselves- and will google on how to make an official complaint. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
