Packages that were delivered by my regular carrier to Marina Bay were stolen off my front porch. I have ring doorbell video of the theft. I have reported this to the Quincy police dept and would be willing to share this video with the post office. The police suggested that I let my mail carrier know because often the carriers are observant about people in the area.

I have been trying desperately to get a packages re-routed to my home. I have called 6 times and have been helped 0 times. Someone says that my package has been "undeliverable" while someone else has said "Returned to sender", someone else says "out for delivery". Not ONE person can tell me where my irreplaceable package is and how I can get it. I am so very disappointed that something so simple as where in the world is this box has been such an unreasonable process. I will never use USPS for any shipment ever again.
