The employees are not pleasant at all. They bark orders at you! The hours are ridiculous! They do not wear masks at all but we are required or they wont help us! Seriously Onset get it together.

I own a seasonal property in Onset. I needed a PO Box since we do not have mail delivery here. I went online to fill out the application, and paid the fee. I printed out a copy of my utility bill and had two other forms of ID including my driver's license. The woman in the lobby told me I had to fill the same form out again, and to go home and get a copy of my car registration. ???? Not going to do this to pacify the woman behind the counter because it is not required by law. Ridiculous.

Can you tell me why the USPS is not delivering my mail to me. I check the Onset, Massachusetts post office almost daily. I am getting cancellation notices because of this problem. I check both my Post Office box as well as general delivery! Thanks.

This P.O. has hours built for bankers. It is crazy to think I cannot access my p.o. box after 5p on weekdays and not at all on Sunday's! I might as well take a Sunday drive to Cape Cod to pick up my mail.Onset is CLOSED even for p.o. boxes on Sunday.

The hours of operation we absolutely ridiculous and make it impossible for the average working person to get their mail, especially the retail hours. They make it almost impossible to get your packages before or after work. I shouldn’t have to go into work late due to my mailing service. :(
