This post office doesn’t even deliver abd their continuously sending packages back all over the country because they don’t have a PO Box listed and everyone in that building knows almost all of our PO Box numbers as they have all been here years except for the postmaster . it costing us money you’re costing us late payments and you’re costing your own post office as well as others additional work and expenses I am trying to notify everyone to put the PO Box on there but it isn’t that easy so please relax the negative customer service attitudes. I have tried to order product and when I put in the PO Box it tells me it’s an illegal address so I’ve been trying to hide the post office box by writing apartment number or box number but you can’t add it after the five digit ZIP Code either because computers aren’t set up to take more than five numbers Please stop the negative customer service

I am having the same issue. Please, if you work in the OB Post Office, could you please let me know how to rectify this. Clearly, I am not the only one to whom this is happening. I don't really even understand what goes wrong. I've had a box there for almost 30 years...

Window for package pick up closed early at 3:30 pm. This happened yesterday and there were customers in line waiting including me. I was there to pick up two prescriptions that had been mailed to me and for which I had in my hand a red slip stating that I could pick them up yesterday at the window. Other customers, about five or six) ahead of me in line complained loudly when the postal clerk (who I photographed taking a cigarette break shortly thereafter) announced that she was closing early. https://shar.es/ab4VXa

We are proud seasonal residents of Martha's Vineyard and have always supported local business and the USPS and its workers. But, this particular post office has the worse customer service that we have ever experienced. The staff are very unaccommodating, and extremely rude. For example, after many long waits, the staff refuses to recognize that for today's women who have been married, that we don't necessarily take our husband's last names. When I showed the postal worker at the window my ID, she refused to serve me because I did not have my husband's last name. I've never experienced such impatient and an uneducated workforce - ever. This post office should take the time to train its staff on customer service, using the appropriate language, and how to behave accordingly.

Multiple problems with package delivery. On card in my PO box but I may have 2 or 3 packages. you need to improve the system. I had to pay shipping on a package that wasnt claimed and sent back.

This post office is doing a TERRIBLE job of properly delivering the mail. My mail has been lost, delivered to the wrong recipients (one of whom cashed a check made out to me!), and I have been consistently receiving other peoples' mail. What can do done to improve the messy lack of organization, and the absolute carelessness of this facility? I have lost all confidence in their ability to do the job they as civil servants are hired to do. Also, one of the employees in particular needs to improve his attitude and stop being overtly rude to customers. My next step will be to contact the US Postmaster General, as this local facility has not addressed these issues.
