Postal Locations

So disappointed in the Monson post office. For the past year I’ve had problems with the mail carrier putting my mail into someone else’s box and their mail into my box even though my name is on my box and there’s a note inside that instructs the postal worker that the mail for this other address should not go into my mailbox. It was actually put there by the post office to fix this problem which I have had to complain about four times now. Now my neighbor who had my mail delivered to his mailbox last week did their job by bringing the mail to me and it was time sensitive and I missed A Very Important deadline that took an immense amount of work to qualify for. Now I will suffer the consequences 😞 I will suffer because after complaining for an entire year nothing has been done about this. So what good will it do to file another complaint? that makes five times telling them what is happening and five times saying they were going to correct it but they do not I’m so disgusted!!!!!

Curtis from the Monson post office went out of his way to help me. I mistakenly put an unstamped letter into the box outside the drive up window. I called them when I realized what I had done and he went through the box, found the letter and put postage on it for me. Thank you again to Curtis for the great customer service and for your help! It was greatly appreciated!
