I just received 6 checks in the mail which were completely soaked in the rain because the mail carrier seems to be incapable of putting the mail in our mail slot. Is there some way to ensure that doesn't happen anymore?

I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue, but it’s really absurd that you only have one employee working a window during the rush hours, especially when there is clearly more than 10 customers waiting in line. Multiple times I’ve seen employees making themselves appear busy or simply not come to the window when there is a long line. Oftentimes I just leave when I see a line because I know it will take more than 30 minutes to ship my package. You need to either hire more staff or have managers step in to help out when there is a long line, I see this in many stores and it’s baffling that the post office doesn’t do this.

Just watched the news about fishing out of the mail box in Norwood. At least a year ago it was reported to your office that the box at the corner of Ridgewood Road and Randolph Ave had a sticky substance on it.. we were told that this box would be replaced with a new box. It has never been done. The box is old and there is rust on it and a hole on the front. Please replace this box. Thank you.

Just came from Post Office can't believe the US Flag flying, all ripped and totally inappropriate. A federal establishment, who ever raised the flag should not have even put one up

I live on Ferncroft Rd, Milton & the post man delivering on this street for the past month or so is VERY SLOW and delivers several wrong letter to the wrong address. Tonight it was 6pm before he arrived & he never says a word as I asked if he was ok. This is not acceptable as I know I am NOT receiving mail I am expecting. Something is not right with this mans delivery system. Please look in to it...Thanks
