My experience today (7/8, Saturday) at the Milford Post Office was absolutely positive. Angela and Tyler were personable, professional, helpful, and genuine. Angela took care of my international mail and was patient from the beginning to the end. They were a fresh breath of air as not all services are at that standard.

Matt, who was answered my call, did not help me at all. He was very rude and was talking in a sarcastic tone.

Yesterday I received a notice to pick up a package at the post office. It turned out to be a bed frame I ordered. No reason why it was not delivered. My guess is it was to heavy for the mail person to leave at the door. It was heavy, another customer helped me carry it to the car. I am 75

Today I and my family went to the Milford post office at 2:40 to apply for US pass port, the attendant gave us the application forms and told us to fill the forms, we did it inside the post office, when we finished she was with another costumer sending his application forms, so 3:04 she told us that we have to come back tomorrow because the application to US passport was just until 3:00, I can't describe how my husband and I felt about it.
