A few months ago I got an email saying my package was delivered by Mattapan Post Office. However, I never received my package & now here again 3 days ago again another package was suppose to be delivered but I as of today have not received my package. If no one is home to receive the package then why leave the package for someone to steal residents packages. This is horrible that residents pay for items just to get stolen. I also called the post office & yet was not able to get through.

i HAVE ATTEMPTED TO REACH THE P O VIA PHONE OVER A PERIOD OF 1.5 HOURS WITH NO RESPONSE. I SUGGEST A STAFFING REVIEW FOR NEEDED SERVICE IN THE MATTAPAN COMMUNITY. I HAVE BEEN A RESIDENT OF MATTAPN SINCE 1973. I WOULD APPRECIATE A RESPONSE TO MY POSTING. THANK YOU.

Yes the new P.O. Box holder needs a customer service training and knowing how to respond to customers. I asked her to see if she’s able to check the system to be sure that the post office has my new address because I once had a P.O. Box at this location. Clearly she didn’t want to be bothered with her nonchalant attitude. Answering the phones is not her strongest areas.

My 401k check for a few thousand dollars was found in my front yard today with footprints and dirt all over it. Luckily my wife spotted the envelope while it was blowing around my front yard, ridiculous. Not to mention that half my mail ends up in the 31 Rexford Street mailbox when the door clearly states that 33 Rexford's is around the corner. Get it together. I'm sure if I call to complain, I will be the one to receive an attitude!! I'll be calling anyway.....

They have not delivered any packages on time. I'm missing two packages that were supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. And no one answers the phone.

I have found my mail strewn in the public hallway of my apartment complex. I also have a check missing due to the incompetence of the mail carrier. I will be complaining to the MA attorney general's office. This is unacceptable.

Mattapan MA Post Office is very rude and nasty people( 2 in particular) with no type of customer service the supposed manager bryan is very very rude and beligerant and refused to help me with a question regarding a late payment i sent my daughter to come in and pay he is very beligerant !!!! They need to be FIRED!!!! and New Staff need to be in there they talk down to people like they are in a welfare line or something. im paying my money but still getting treated badly , all i did was asked a question about my po box bill and they act like it was too hard to answer and i was wrong for asking them anything. the first person i called to speak to about it said call her back and bryan answers and said she busy and dont call back!! they shall not get any more money from me and they holding my mail hostage!!! This Location gets a -------------Z rating!!!!!! They need to be investigated.

Mattapan Post Office is the worst in Boston. Their service is horrible. The supervisors, Mr Steve, and Mr Bryant are the worst supervisors you would ever want to complain to over the phone. They talk to you like they owe you no responsibility. I have lost my packages twice due to incompetent couriers they have, and the supervisors, Steve and Bryant, were always on the defensive. They would never tell you" sorry to hear you did not receive your package" I have also seen the courier leave packages small enough to fit in to the mail box on the floor. What type of post office is mattapan office?
