Postman will take refused mail and write on it telling me to throw it away myself and refuses to deliver the mail. Do your job and deliver it.

Had no mail delivery on two days this past week. Other than that mail delivery to my home has been sporadic at times mail gets delivered between four and six p.m. compared to what had been previous deliveries between ten and eleven o'clock in the morning. What's going on with mail deliveries?

Mount Vernon St., Malden, This morning (Jan 12, 2023) at 10:56 AM the mailman threw the mail to the front door (on a wet floor) with a note "clean your snow', my video captured him doing that and showed that there was no snow anywhere, how do I submit the video so that everyone could see it? Thank you

I had a package picked up at the post office by an unknown individual. The clerk couldn't give any information on how this could happen.Even though you must provide an Identification card. And the signature didn't match mine. They have cameras don't they? These post workers must hate their jobs.Rude, incompetent, slow, un organized.Pitty.No wonder why Amazon & E-bay are doing so well.I'm waiting for a call from a supervisor.Wonder how long this will take?Package was from India.Contents were herbs. No curried Goat any time soon.SMH

Curious as time why my mail was not placed within mailboxes on my porch. The Harding ave postal carrier instead chose to drop our mail on a bench in front of our house and left everything out in plain view 😡

3-30-22 Since our mailman retired, someone new is acting as our mail carrier. Since then, some of our mail was delivered to our neighbors. I found a package in the snow and hand delivered it to other neighbors. My daughter's WEDDING INVITATION sent to us was not delivered to us (she lives far away). I know other Malden residents who did receive her invitation. Our current mail carrier is in the habit of tucking everything inside a catalogue, so we may have missed some mail because of that. We have to shake the catalogues to see what bills, checks, etc. may fall out. Our former carrier, John Mehos, was very good. I want to support the carriers because I know it is a hard job, but I also want to receive all my mail. This is my second complaint and I have spoken directly to the carrier, asking about the missing deliveries.

This post office is the WORST. Employees are rude, delivery is inconsistent, I constantly receive other people's mail and they won't pick it back up when you indicate it's the wrong address (which probably means other people receive a good chunk of my mail as well), they don't address any issues that are brought up to them. If it were a choice, I would say: avoid at all cost.

10/6/20 I went to this post office to have postage added to several large envelopes, all via regular mail. I as many others waited in line to be served. The employee that I went to for assistance was extremely condescending and down right rude! First I had to put the postage on each myself as there was a line and by him doing each envelope himself would have taken too much of his time. I moved to my right and he had the audacity to yell at me saying I couldn't do it there as everyone are supposed to be 6 feet apart, which was a joke as NO ONE was. I then turned around to put the postage on the envelopes and once again was yelled at by this egotistical, ignorant person that I need to go where the table that was strewn with trash to complete the task. Lastly, he had the audacity to make rude, hurtful comments to the next customer which he thought was funny about me. I have gone to this PO many times for several years for the same reason, and no other employee there has ever treated me in this fashion. He should be fired!!!!

We are two elderly residents at 14 Lyle Street, Malden. Twice in two weeks we put bills out to be picked up by our mailman. Our regular man always posts them for us but for some reason the sub wont do this. He or she pushes the outgoing mail back into the mail box. At our age we need all the help we can get. Thanks for listening. Kenn Byra

Manager at this office is extremely rude and not fit for the job. Unwilling to employ basic customer service requirements. Very egotistical, power-driven and condescending to customer. I have heard of terrible service at this location and now understand clearly the root of the issue. It is a shame that the post office employs such individual who displays such unacceptable behaviors.

Outrageous I I did not receive any mail yesterday I call the post office and was told my carrier was on vacation it would probably be late because there was a replacement getting overtime. OK of corse was it never comes so we’re probably paying someone to work overtime they never delivered the mail probably sat in the truck. Now it’s noon in the next day still no mail so I call the post office again and they tell me what you have to call before nine so we know where Mail is. What are they talking about what happened to snow rain sleet you get your mail. Someone’s on vacation and it all falls apart no one gets the mail Waiting on a check so I can buy my medicine and now in to the second day no mail and no one can answer me unbelievable

My name is Richard Lefebvre, I live at 105 Bainbridge St. Malden, Apparently I lost my wallet with Money, credit cards etc. I didn't know it was missing. My doorbell rang it was the Postman, he said I found this on the sidewalk. I'm so grateful that there are still some honest people around! I don't know his name but wanted it brought to the attention of The Postal Service. Thank You so much

I am totally disappointed with the delivery service for Essex St. It seems I have a different mail person on a weekly basis. There is no guarantee when I will receive mail service. This has been going on for a couple years.

He is just the best. Always nice and considerate. Mail always comes on time and well organized. The post office should be proud to have him.
