I don't know which carrier has the Wardwell Ave route, but they are constantly putting my mail in our landlords mailbox. There is a mail slot with our name on it, Kristjansson, and my landlord has a mailbox with Elwell on it. Our landlord doesn't check his mail every day, so we don't get our mail for days. Not happy with the carrier!

I have an excellent mailman. My question is why is it that about 7 or 8 out of 10 days he takes off we don't get mail delivered at a specific address on ocean street? There's 3 floors here and there it wasn't " there wasn't any mail today", there's mail here everyday. I stood and watched the guy walk right by twice like 7 hours ago & still nothing. I don't kmow of you're hiring but I'm very experienced at delivering and I'm not talking about taking a pizza to someone's house.it doesn't seem right they that just give up and don't even try to find the mailboxes. Your regular guy who does the the 100 and up part of Ocean Street, excellent employee.

Hope that Dean M. Baker is not following directives from Postmaster General Louis DeJoy to slow down the delivery of mail & ballots. This week it took us 3 days to get mail. Perhaps it would be better for Mr. Baker to be a whistleblower to stop what Mr. DeJoy is doing.

33 Jackson street is a white house and 33A is a brick building with 13 condominiums. The mail gets missed ship all the time with mail delivery. This is a huge problem and a solution is needed. The mail person is not reading last names and placing mail where ever feasible. Please do your work responsibly as many important documents like passports have been lost due to not doing the mail delivery correctly.

My name is Margaret Norfleet and I live in Chesapeake VA. I mailed a letter to Joelle Carey, 54 Central Square, Apt 4B, Lynn MA 01901. It should have gone to apt 4A. I was hoping the person in 4B would give it to her, but I just learned that there is not tenant in 4B. The letter is very important and contains pictures. Would you please have mail carrier remove the letter and put it in box 4A? There is not a return address. I would really appreciate it. It says to someone who loves you very much. She is waiting for her letter. Thanks very much. Please let me know when this had been done.

I have problems with the new postman on my route, he is new and leaves the packages on top of the mailbox, people steal them. I have already lost 2 packages, he says he left it in the mailbox but the package was large to fit in the mailbox, he does not leave paper to collect the package, I see them if there is on the website. The wallet that worked before called me through the intercom and I went down and took it, she was very helpful.
