Thank you for great service. The woman at the Leominster USPS counter was cheerful and friendly. My Christmas gift was mailed on 12/23/16 at 3:25 pm, and delivered to my brother in Brighton on 12/24/16 before noon. You greatly exceeded my expectations. Great job.

I cannot believe how rude the employees here are, but then again when their supivisor acts the same I cannot blame them. If you work in customer service you should expect upset customers and learn to deal with them. They think they are above everyone else. The only nice guy, unformatted not here today, that works in the middle of the lobby is great. Everyone else sounds like a robot.
