The post oficce in Lawrence is a big problem the letter is not coming is still . Other person take everything my information my debit card my letter I have this problem am the employer is not resolving this problem . The employer and this play is irresponsible and undehonest please . This institution need to resolving this problem .

Recently our mailman retired. I am writing to commend the new mailman for my area (Frost school). He is respectful. Delivers mail on time and picks up outgoing mail and packages. Our former mailman refused to do this saying that there was no room in his truck. I have mobility issues and his doing this for me is of great help.

I live at 354 Howard st, and I have suffered the loss of my mail for several months since the postman puts everything in a single mailbox even though I have a mailbox with the apartment number and the names of the people who receive letters, and He always leaves them in another place where they get lost, I am very upset with this situation and I don't know what else to do.
I live in methuen and our regular postman is superior. However, I have an issue with lawerence post office regarding packages. I know a package got to the post office on the 17th of March, 2021 and was supposed to be delivered to me by the 18th. Then usps changed it to the 20th. That came and went. Why does this happen so often? This is not the first time packages have been delayed at this facility.
Your white post office guy in the corner who works there daily is racist and an asshole. Treats every customer with an attitude and goes out of his way to be mean.
I live on Pearl street in Lawrence the replacement mail person doesn’t know how to read he gave us the wrong mail didn’t speak a lick of English and I swear he was high. Then I look out my window and he’s walking around aimlessly with a box under his arm as if he’s searching for some place to put it, I hope our regular mailman come back soon. I’m upset that our important mail and packages are going to the wrong address and we never get it. At least with our regular mailman we get all our mail and packages get to us.
Mail carrier sucks in Lawrence. Always gives I and including my neighbors other peoples mail. Sometimes I get mail that's months old, clearly was either lost in snail mail or was misplaced in the wrong box and some kind Samaritan returned it. The carriers need to start reading the addresses properly. Same thing happens even having a PO Box. Its hopeless. I try making everything paperless as much as I can now, but its hard because I order so much online so its still the same situation. I grew up in Lawrence my whole, and customer service like this doesn't improve the city's reputation.
I am upset that I have to give a negative review on the delivery of my mail. However, I have not been getting any of mail. First I found out that we don't even have a reliable person to deliver our mail. And then when I do get mail, after weeks, and weeks of waiting it's in the wrong mail box. I have called the Lawrence building regarding this issues and have gotten no clear answer or a solution for the problem. I am starting school in the next couple of weeks and I am still waiting for my mail to be delivered.
I get wrong delivery mail on the average of once a week. I wish the mail carriers would read the addresses on the envelopes more carefully. I also wish the carrier would close my gate in the way out. Big dogs
enter my yard sometimes if the gate is left open. I am afraid to go outside my house when a strange pit bull is walking around there.
I just want to thank Bob, my letter carrier, as well as the other letter carriers who sub for him when he’s off, for such reliable service, every day, six days a week. I order a LOT of things online and I know it’s an additional burden on him and the rest of the post office staff. You all keep me connected and not isolated during this stressful time.
Every time I get a new carrier they can’t find my house. There are four houses on the one way part of south Union street. 621,623,625, and 627. We are across the street from enterprise rent a car. They seem to think we are andover because we are on the line.

I went into the Lawrence location with a blank post office money order...I simply asked the clerk if they cash the money order, I was then gonna go fill it out and cash it, the employee, Annie, told me she's not gonna cash it for me....I'm thinking, she thought I was doing something illegal, so she's trying to block me from cashing a $35 money order, that was purchased from the post office
We are a small business and regular consistent mail delivery is essential. There are times I have to call the Lawrence PO to ask where are mail is - they are not making businesses their priority. In order for us to run smoothly, we need mail delivery by 11:30am. I call repeatedly and it feels like they care for just one day and the next it is back to the same inconsistency.
I have lived at my home in Methuen at 3 Whitney Street for 25 years. They replaced my old mail man a couple years ago and I have to say the new mail carrier has to be the worst ever. He lies and says attempted deliveries when someone was home and he never attempted anything. Today I was expecting a package he did not deliver saying pathway wasn't clear but left mail in the mail box. Another lie, front light was on and walkway was snow blown and clear. He was to lazy to walk to front door to leave package. The worst service ever. Maybe you should deduct pay for him not doing the job he is getting paid for. I'm paying extra to have it delivered and what I'm paying for is not being done. This has happened over and over again, not once, not twice but multiple times. Unexceptable service.
I am a retired carrier & I received a 3rd notice on a registered letter, but never received the 1st or 2nd, I was really annoyed at this since it was a large check that we have been waiting on....the notice came on a Saturday, we caught the sub who was delivering.... the carrier stated he made this out this morning, so what was the regular carrier doing & why did I not receive any other other notices? no excuse for this!!!
