My postal carrier continuely leaves my mailbox open. There have been times when I have found my mail lying in the street. This morning, when I went to get my mail, I found all of may mail was soaking wet. Please tell my carrier to make sure my mailbox is securely closed after every delivery. I would be most grateful. Thank you, Rita Swift

A mail truck “delivered” a pkg to my home yesterday - it was left in the driveway, right behind my car. Had someone not stopped by and found the pkg in the driveway, I would have backed right over it, not knowing it was there. If the postman/postwoman was too lazy to walk another 20 ft. to my door, maybe the pkg could have been left on the hood of the car where someone could see it. Just an unbelievably dumb thing to do.

Our mailman Marty is fantastic and friendly. He knows the neighbors, looks out for them when they are not around, and leaves packages exactly where I asked him to! Well done Marty!!!

Packages that are sent to my house address generally never arrive. No delivery notices are left as well.

My wife's suitcase, left by mistake at Hyannis Port was taken to the Hyannis Post Office and sent to Dallas. Of course, true to USPS form, it never made it. Since the tracking number USPS gives you is useless, you'd think you could call the post office directly to get some information -- but the listed phone number, 508-775-2603...wait for it...is DISCONNECTED. All they provide you with is that useless 1-800-Ask-USPS® (275-8777), which takes you in circles and never lets you speak with a human being. Way to go government! Let's have them take over even more of private enterprise...it's working SO well.

Very disappointed by the postman. Keeps putting my important mail in my neighbors postbox and leaves my packages infront of the door (so irresponsible) or putting them to my neighbors boxes again. I didn't get many packages. Expected better service...the number of the house is more than obvious .....
Oh and just once I received a note that they tried to deliver the package. The other times I just had to guess.
Hopefully, it will be fine next time.
