I am not very happy with the Harvard,Ma. Postal Service after a recent lost package.
It was sent Priority One Day service. Package was a little over sized to fit into a mailbox and
never arrived to destination.
Harvard P.O. claims it was delivered with proof being it had been scanned.
However the Postal Carrier can not recall where the package was left??
Well I purchased a nice juicy steak from the market yesterday. It shows I did because it was scanned on my receipt. So why isn't it in my refrigerator now.?
Post Master's advice was to file a claim for the $50.00 guarantee.
Item is not highly valuable but it is irreplaceable. The $50.00 does not help me or the recipient any.
