I live at 35 Ocean ave. Just checked my mail. There was a key in there for a package in the below box. It does not fit, the key, so i cant get my package. 🙁

Once again, no mail. The first time it happened I went to post office and was told your mail wasn't delivered because it was raining. Really????Tracking said my package was on the truck and would be delivered today. What happened to accountability? I think UPS or Fed ex should take over ALL mail and packages. At least you get what you paid for. Postal service is a joke taking money for services not rendered.

I live on West Washington Street in Hanson, Ma, which is a very busy street! Whenever I get a package that is mailed through USPS, my mail person leaves it either on the ground under my mailbox, which is right at the edge of the street or she leaves it teetering on top of my mail box! Really, that makes it sooo easy for anyone to just come by and steal it! My driveway is right there, my house has a porch, and I don't understand why these packages cannot be left on the porch! Very bad business!!!!

I have the exact same issue. I live on Brook Bend Rd. and the carrier continues to leave packages on the ground under my mailbox. I wish they could drive down my driveway and leave it where everyone else does, at my garage, just like FedEx and UPS do. Extreme laziness.

Been going here for years being a big ebay guy, and everyone is the nicest The other day Don paid for my package to be mailed because I forgot my wallet and I had my dogs in my car. I then kept forgetting about it so it took me a few days to make it back with his cash plus interest but either way it made my day and week. Love this post office! Thanks again Don. - Rory

I absolutely hate the Hanson, MA post office. I received a text that my package was at or in the mail box. I went out to collect it, but it wasn't there. I called the post office and the woman told me that they don't send text messages and asked if I received my mail. I said I didn't have any mail and she said the package would be delivered with my mail. I asked her 'what about if I don't have any mail?' and she said, 'Well, your package will be delivered with your mail." How stupid is that?
