I’ve only needed to go to this location twice so far to mail gifts, my first time was wonderful with a gentleman who worked there. I found him to be quite pleasant and helpful and had no issues with mailing my package. My second time I have to say has been sorely disappointing as my interaction with a woman there was far from pleasant. I found her to be rude and condescending, and she was only helpful when I conceded that I was unsure of how to mail my package, to which she brusquely helped while making me feel like an idiot. Her pleasantries with me were non existent while I watched her with 3 other customers and treat them respectfully and with an upbeat demeanor, meeting them at the window, whereas in her interactions with me, were from her desk away from the window as if she couldn’t be bothered to provide a positive service experience. I am afraid to say that I will reconsider using this location as I found my interaction with her so unpleasant or at least will avoid going on a Thursday in hopes that I never have to speak to this woman again.
