Lately our carrier has been less than stellar. A package marked as undeliverable when it clearly fit inside the mailbox, and today sped down the driveway and tossed the mail on the ground ON THE NEIGHBOR'S LAWN.

Trying to stop a return package that was scanned as "Forward Expired"in Duxbury, MA. It is a good address and a new business. Tracking number 9534811805699199416435 For Sailors, 449 Wahington St. , Duxbury, MA 02332. I sent the package. I am a mail carrier in Cave Creek, AZ. and the package does not show as being returned in system yet.

I just witnessed a postal employee at approximately 1630 hrs greatly exceeding the speed limit on Bolas Road heading toward Chandler. The driver of the USPS vehicle proceeded to drive through the posted stop sign and speed away. Within minutes the driver of said vehicle returned to Bolas apparently to continue the delivery of mail. Bolas and Bianca are heavily populated areas with many of the residents utilizing the roadside for walking, biking, jogging, etc. This goes without saying there are numerous children that are out at play during this time frame. Obviously speeding is against the law...doing so in such a residential environment is irresponsible to say the least, particularly by a government employee driving an official vehicle...higher standard? If this situation is not remedied immediately, I shall inform whomever within the USPS or local law enforcement that will take action... Respectfully submitted, Scott Leahy 34 Bolas Road
