You got to love the way that even after us knows storm my house was the only one shoveled out and the postal person didn't even get out of the vehicle to deliver the package. I watched them pull up and sit in the vehicle and not even attempt to get out instead failed to deliver the package. The driveway was plowed so was the sidewalk but not to the left and right of my property. Maybe they should have wore boots because it's snowed

I had a package marked as delivered in or at mailbox. I checked everywhere and nothing. So I called the Chicopee Ma office and spoke to a women named Heather. She told me she couldn't exactly let me know where it was delivered but she would call the carrier and see where he delivered it. So I waited on hold when she came back and said he didn't answer but if he called back she would call me back. So she calls back and says the carrier call and said he left it in my mailbox. She implied someone stole the package from my mailbox... So that's when I let her know I have a camera pointed at my mailbox and I saw the carrier drive by and not stop. To which she replied if I did have it on video I would need to contact the postal inspector. I said I definitely will do that and then she said she would call the carrier back. 15 mins later she calls back and says the package is in my mailbox that the carrier put it in the wrong one and he now put it in my mailbox. He told her the mailboxes were close.. they are atleast 25ft apart and my mailbox has over sized numbers on it plus I have a post at the end of my driveway with my number on it. So Heather tried to make me think my package was stolen when really the carrier put it in the wrong mailbox. I should also add that both my parents work at other local post offices (Amherst and Holyoke) for over 20 years each and My mother couldn't believe the way this was handled.

My husband is waiting on a package. He got a texted that it has been delivered, yet no package is there. My door has been opened all day. I have 3 dogs that will alert me if someone is at the door. Today's date is 8/7/2021. So what in God's name is going on with the postal service.

I'm wondering why there are no Post offices in the Fairview section of Chicopee? South Hadley and Holyoke are a bit far and he Mian St location is all the way down memorial Drive? My only other option is the UPS store in Fairview and they are not my favorite place to Post from.

I am a landscaper and was working in Chicopee to day on white Birch street off of James street. I could not help but notice a postal truck parked with a gentleman inside feet on the dashboard streaming his phone. I could see he was watching A,TV show. I said to him that's why R Post Office is very slow getting our mail to us. He said he was on break. I'm guessing he was on break for 20 minutes. I just wanted to let someone know.

I have used this post office for the past 6 months. Customer Service employees are not attentive and on the contrary they make fun or sometimes make expressions in front of customers, but if they are Hispanic. They do not have courtesy and I feel very upset but it is the only postal mail that I have in my way. They do not compare with the service they give in the Main st postal office mail in Springfield. They must take customer services courses, this affects the image of everyone who works there.

I had 2 packages out for delivery today, June 15th, 2019. My regular mail came but I never received either package. When I checked the tracking for both packages again, they both said "Delivery attempted-No access to delivery location". That is a complete LIE!!! I was home all day sitting on my porch, waiting for these packages. I have multiple witnesses to this. One was supposed to be a Father's Day gift for tomorrow, and the other was parts for my vehicle, so it could be fixed and drivable today. I am disabled and NEED my vehicle! BOTH packages would have been smaller than a shoe box. Obviously the carrier is lazy and LIEING about being unable to deliver. This is NOT the 1st time this has happened. I'm ready to start filing formal complaints with the Post Master General. By lieing and NOT delivering my packages when they were clearly "Out for delivery", I consider that tampering with my mail. Which I believe is a federal offense...
