Spent two hours trying to get my mail held. Was't able to contact any local offices. Kept getting sent to main center. No help at all. In the future I will go to my local branch as this seems the only way to get business done.

Dear Post Master : I was notified via email that 3 packages were delivered today. Normally this is quite accurate, I get the notification, I go to my (clusterbox) mailbox, open my slot, pull out the key, open the "community" larger receptacle, and retrieve my parcels. Today, even with the notification(S), I had no key in my slot... Every package is valuable, and this particular trio is something I have been anticipating for a while... My fervent hope is that I actually receive my "delivered" mail (based on USPS tracking info) tomorrow, or I will have to start considering a personal "on my own property" mailbox, I have COUNTLESS times received mail addressed to other people on my street, and just re-inst into the outgoing mail, but if the "community" key is slipped into someone else's slot...how would I know? Need to tighten up the situation over here. Frustrated.

The staff and service at the Centerville, MA post office is simply excellent. I have homes in two other area of the USA, the other post offices are pleasant to be sure, Centerville is by far is the most all around service minded of those I frequent.

Dear Post Master in Centerville; I have been trying to call and leave a phone message to you for three days but the devise ( after pressing the #1 ) does not beep and then simply states "goodbye" ! Ugh ! I did not get ANY mail on Thursday and Friday this week and that has NEVER occurred in the nine years at this house. I just wanted to make sure this is simply the first time ? 57 Johnnycake Rd, Centervill, MA - Thank you - just so unusal
