11 days after a letter with 2 checks was mailed to me from Boston (the location is 4.2 miles away), I still don't have it. When I am trying to call the post office, nobody picks up the phone. Then, the answering machine starts demanding a "remote code". No feedback option (these reviews are not seen by the post office). What is going on? Are we already in socialism and bear the results of 2020 elections?

I did not receive mail two times last week and one time this week. I know this because the mail I put in the mailbox to be picked up wasn't. Also, I had mailed in my vote by mail to Town Hall but never received it back in time to vote by mail so I went to town hall and voted. 17 Toxteth St

Yesterday at 181 Winthrop Rd, all of our mail was rubber banded together and thrown on the top step - not in the boxes. This included bills, and other important mail mail containing person information - not just catalogs that might not fit in the box. Also we regularly do not get mail on Wednesdays and Thursdays for some reason. If this happens again I will be filling a formal complaint with the postmaster. This is a security risk and the reason our building provides locked boxes. The carrier just could not be bothered.

Good Afternoon! I am not sure where to report this but the mail box in front of 33 Pond Avenue is rusted and loose and about to fall off from the ground. My guess is that it is far beyond repair and should be replaced. Thank you, Myra Poverman
