The carrier thoughtlessly & carelessly trapped this letter in my mailbox. It contains an important document. Would you PLEASE have someone free it & put it safely & intact in my mailbox? Lewis A. Turlish, 1070 Beacon St. Apt. 5C, Brookline, MA 02446. Will send photo.

We are not getting mail delivered in a timely manner on Freeman St. Last week 4 days no mail, then one day it's there then maybe 2 more without. I know you are short staffed but you also let too many people go on vacation the same week. You are providing a service and should not be shorting staff when you are already short staffed.

Yesterday's mail (apparently) was left on a package rack inside the building, not placed in individual boxes. There are hundreds of pieces of mail that have not been delivered to residents.

Our mail wasn't picked up on Saturday (again). We put it out on Friday early afternoon. Today (Saturday) I saw the mail truck drive by our house in the late afternoon but it didn't stop to deliver or pick up our mail that had been set out for over 24 hours. What is going on? Do we need to start using a private service? We have lived here less than 5 months and have never had issues like this elsewhere. This has happened a couple times recently since moving here and we've also had packages lost, delivered elsewhere, or seriously delayed on other occasions in the short time we've lived here.

We are not getting mail on a regular basis on Fuller Street between Harvard St and Gibbs. Often go one or two days without mail delivery and this does not include the national day of mourning for President Bush. And when we do get mail, it is often for people not at this address but one street over or two buildings down. We make sure misdelivered mail is rerouted but we wonder if those households receiving our mail reroute it or toss it.

Yea, I would like to know why are mail over at 1043 and 1045 Beacon street Brookline. Is not being delivered to us living there. it has been four day's sense we have gotten any of are mail.It is against the law to with hold are mail from us. If the postal person can not do his job than he or she need's to be fired off the job a.s.a.p. Do I make myself clear on this. I want all my mail to be put into my mail box from the last four day's i mean it. Or Iwill get him or she for stealing people's mail from us. Thank You
