Lobby self-service center is stated to be open 24hrs. I arrived at 6:20pm on 3/4/24 to find the doors to the post office lobby doors locked. A note was left on the door indicating that the lobby doors are now locked at 7:00pm for safety. No USPS employees were present. I had to mail my letters in the mailbox outside. I left and came back in 45min around 7pm with more mail. I noticed a man dressed in USPS employee uniform walk from the rear of the USPS building to sit in his private vehicle out front, directing in front of the outdoor mailbox outside I was made to use. Just thought that was strange activity.

USPS sent me a text stating that delivery was attempted but there was no access to enter when that is not true. My family waiting all day yesterday and today and no one ever rang the bell. The apt building has a very loud bell and I would like this package delivered properly! 609-994-7094 The mail person should at least ring the hell and not put in the system that there’s no access, I’ve never had anyone lie like this and I send many packages. I agree. Pamela, as well. And I rely on and adore my *regular* Carrier, Kathleen and *regular* Driver, Pat, both of them exemplary on the street employees. I'd be lost without all 4 of these folks. A DAP Senior living in a difficult situation I am dependent upon good Cartier/Delivery Services. I'd choose USPS above all others for home delivery if I was given that option.
