Fully support and love our local postal workers..can only imagine the stress they are under! But got no mail pick up yesterday and it is now 6:00 PM one day later and still no mail at our box...really upset that faithful local workers are struggling under these conditions...I know it’s not their fault...how can we help to improve conditions!? On December 1st, I brought a priority mail folder to Brewster PO, paid the 7+ dollars to mail it, and got a tracking number. It took an entire week to get to Springfield MA (distribution center?). It is now "in transit" to Harrisonburg, VA. Covid or not, this seems excessive long as it is still only "in transit," and god knows how long before it is delivered. There should be a warning notice in the POs that mail is extremely delayed, not just a little.

The representative was very curt---said he will not help. I am missing a package---two packages were supposed to come on saturday---one was delivered, the other not! I am disappointed and flabbergasted by this particular representative of this post office.

This is the most garbage post office I have ever had the unfortunate displeasure of having as my hometown. For years and years I have received packages crushed, folded, late, or just not received them at all. I have received insurance, electrical, and phone billing statements and their late notices on the same day. I have even received my jury duty summons a week after the summoning. This public office is trash and deserves to be put in the dump where it belongs.
