Why would any mail person put packages by a door that is not covered? when the carport is right there! everything left at that door was soak and wet. so that sprint kit I've been waiting on, now I have to wait for another one! Barbe Drive, Westwego

I was by my sister's house her mail carrier put the mail in the mail box. But while talking on her phone not paying attention she put the person living next door MAIL in her box. I called her to tell her what happened before the delivery the next mail she smiled and said sorry and continue talk on her phone. People needs to pay more attention on what they doing. Stay off Your phone do your dam job and attention

I’ve been waiting on a package for a while now, when i checked the tracking number, turns out it was delivered on Tuesday 22 at 11:34 am. 1. My husband was at the house all day 2. The package is no where to be found WHERE IS MY PACKAGE !

I called this place quite a few times waited on hold for an hour and a half and no one answered estimated wait time was 45 minutes. Just called again and it's an hour. Why? Can you guys call me or answer please I legit have not gotten mail in a while you guys think my house is vacant.
