We mailed a package from Thibodaux to Tampa FL in February & it has never arrived. The tracking says it in st rose. I cannot get an answer on the phone in st rose and filing a claim has gotten me nowhere. It contains my husband’s $3000 hearing aids that are no good to anyone but him. I don’t understand why it is so difficult to get this package.
They never answer the phone. Online package pick-up says you are scheduled, then confirms pick-up, I come in and the packages are still at reception. Another day delayed on delivery. I am literally setting an account with UPS to never have to use this incompetent company. Try calling the TTY number, you will want to commit suicide. Even after confirming that you wished to speak to an agent, after ten minutes on the phone, it hangs up on you. No wonder it loses millions.
I mailed out a first class package from Metarie LA post office on Feb 2 and they moved it to the St Rose po that afternoon. It was scanned but stuck. The mail is not moving and we have been checking everyday but iit has. not left saint rose, la. Can we drive there and retrieve the package we sent to someone or is there anyway to get that package moving rather than staying stuck in St Rose?
WE ARE IN A WAREHOUSE WITH STE A, B, C AND D. ALL 4 COMPAINES HAVE MAILBOXES BY THE FRONT DOOR BUT YET WHOEVER DELIVERS HERE PUTS ALL THE MAIL ON AIRLINE HIGHWAY AND THEN WE HAVE TO DELIVER IT TO THE INDIVIDUAL OFFICE. I sell online and mail a lot of packages. When I checked the delivery status of my mail piece, most got lost at this place and never get delivered. Funniest thing is postal office don’t even need to be responsible for lost packages nor they need to refund you the postage cost. They don’t have clean hands at this place for sure.
They do not pick up your mail when you put the red flag up on your mailbox, even sometimes when they drop mail off to you!!! And they can’t seem to close a brand new mailbox completely, so your mail doesn’t get wet, or you mailbox doesn’t get hit by a vehicle, because you live on a main highway… SAD!!!
