I have a complaint in regards to my mail carrier. 1. speeding down our street/asked to slow down. 2. not picking up mail going out for 3 days 3. throwing mail on porch with packages/found mail scattered in lawn/blown off porch 4. putting an envelope marked pictures DO NOT BEND crammed into mailbox and bent in half. my daughter is a photographer and photos were ruined. VERY UNHAPPY

Mail is delivered sporadically. Tracked packages are updated with false delivery exceptions or are marked delivered when they were not. No point in paying for priority shipping because if you receive it at all, it will not be timely.

This operation seriously needs an overhaul. From the lazy delivery driver who will not exit her car to the notices of delivery or tracking saying it was delivered with no package to be found. Then I receive the package 2-4 days later after calling trying to track it down. Also she will pull up and blow the horn and leave in 30 seconds which is hard to respond to while caring for a 6 month old baby. This has happened multiple times and I just got off the phone because I had to track down a package that was said to be delivered 4 days ago.

Have you ever tried to reach them by phone? They either don't answer or they take the receiver off the hook.
