Lately, if our regular postman is not delivering, I DO NOT receive my mail. I live on E E St and same thing is happening to many of the neighbors, especially if we don’t have a mailbox at the road! I get USPS Informed Delivery each day to know what’s being or SUPPOSED to be delivered that day! These relief postal workers are getting paid for NOT delivering our mail. Very disgusted with the service lately!
Why is it 2-3 days go by each week and NO mail?...Why if tracked that a parcel is still OUT FOR DEL for 3 days and it implies that the carrier has it in their hands? This is MED's that are bouncing around in someone's golf cart and still NO DEL'ery....This is NOT funny by any means...Get the right people who know what they are doing or replace the the big shot who runs this circus..
I have called 10 times and nobody has picked up the phone. I don't know why they can't pick up when customers are calling. When trying to find out why my mail don't get to my house between 4 and 5 when they use to come between 10 and 12.
I live at 804 4th Street in Rayne , La and want to complain about not getting my mail. Every Tuesday I get all sales paper and for the past 2 weeks I have not been getting any !!
I’m guessing the phone number is published to trick you into thinking someone will eventually answer. Four called over two hours. It rings several times then disconnects. Guess supposed to drive there to ask a question. Like, “Why wasn’t my package delivered, Again”
Called Rayne LA post office on 10-30-17; spoke to employee about tracking on a package that I never received . Was not interested in assisting me because package had been delivered on 9-12-17 ......called the company I'd purchased the item from; they just insisted that 'USPS delivered it'...... called the Rayne post office SEVERAL times this aft.; no one ever answered the phone ..... I then called the 1-800 # and am now waiting for a call back ..... terrible service from Rayne La post office ! Tracking # 9374869903502200662065
