A Priority Express package was to be delivered to me yesterday, 04/20/23. The online tracking app shows the package arrived at the New Orleans Distribution Center at 7:53am today, 04/21/23. My local post office told me the package will not be delivered until tomorrow. I am trying to find out if I can pick up the package today from the Distribution Center. No one answers the phone. Calling the main number for Customer Service is pointless. This is pathetic to have to go through this much trouble for a guaranteed delivery package. I understand that things happen, trucks, planes break down, but there is no excuse to not have backup plans in place. Obviously, customers are using and paying for expedited mail service for a reason,,, to receive packages when they need them. In this instance, I will loose out on thousands of dollars as a result of the USPS negligence.

I recently had to open a P.O.Box and chose this location because of its proximity to the hospital I go to monthly. It's big and sometimes confusing for me, but I want to say that the postal workers there have always been helpful. All the ones that I've dealt with have been so patient and always friendly. I might add that I go to the service desk every time I pick up my mail. Because like I said in the beginning, I get confused easily and they're always helpful whether with the mail questions or the many online service questions that I have. I just wanted to say that I appreciate the people at the Loyola post office.

Based on USPS policy, if the local government drops the indoor mask mandate, why is this facility still requiring it? This whole covid crises is data driven. Consistency is needed. What are the data points needed to no longer require it, and who makes that decision?

The postal service in New Orleans is wanting, to put it mildly. As expected the phone service, with its annoying automated menu costs time in its stupid, linear options. I can't get anyone to answer the phone, and don't blame Donald Trump. New Orleans is a maddeningly Democrat town and I can't wait to escape this banana republic, for nothing works here and everything operates as if within a hidden web of secretive networks. Disgusting and very southern.

This listed phone number is of no value (504-589-1706), nobody answers the phone. I am trying to get information as to why my package (tracking number 9405509699938997868054) was forwarded to Metairie , Louisiana for delivery to Lacombe, Louisiana. Normally it is directly forwarded to the Lacombe Post Office from New Orleans for delivery.

I am having problems getting packages from The LA Place Louisiana location. The manager there hung up on me w yes ago over s package them.Last year when they lost one he told me there is nothing that can be done.Last week I spoke to a lady there over yet another package ,they told me to fill out a claim.I went today and they said the manager had to step out to do something and no one there knew what the claim papers are. His name is Roy Woodson. He is very mean! He does not care at all! This is like the 9th package in 5years they have delivered to the wrong address. They even tell me they will ask the people for my package back. But they say the people say they don't have it.HELP PLEASE !
