mail carriers are absent very often. not receiving mail on time. and mail carriers are sometimes delivering mail on Sundays. why is that?

I live here alone I should be the only person getting mail here. Janna Benoit ex girlfriend is always up to no good. She poses online as me. No one is allowed to pick up my mail and I'm not moving anytime soon if I do I will show up in person with valid ID to whom it may concern thanks. If this has already happen I'm ready to press charges!
