To Whom it may concern: I am taking the time to comment on my mail carrier.I live at 506 Daniel Dr. and have been for more than 25 years. I decided years ago to add beauty to my mailbox area by adding a brick border. Over time age caught up to it so I had to repair it. Hired a master brick layer and he restored the beauty in March 2021. My lovely Mail carrier lady decided she would use this a ramp to get as close to my mailbox as she can. This has caused cement separation and damage to my bricks. I have place a plastic PVC pipe in the ground to remind her not to drive so close but it was knocked to the ground, she ignored it and drove over it. I have pictures to share with a supervisor...Please respond

Our postal carrier on Friday, not our regular person, keeps leaving packages on top of the mail box in the common area. We have complained about this several times now. One of our packages was stolen. We have a claim in to you for it. He needs to stop doing this, the date was 3/26/21 It may have been Michael. Please let me know who for sure and do something about it. Thank you. Claudia

I want my mail delivered by end of day today. Your carrier saw that I was on the porch with my dog, I immediately put the dog inside and told her, that the dog was inside. By the way, the dog is not mean and does not attack anyone ever! The driver got in her truck and drove away! She later came back around and still did not stop to deliver my mail. Unacceptable!!! It is impossible to speak to anyone at any facility in this town, about this, when waiting to be connected to an operator, the line disconnects. Shameful, you are required to deliver the mail daily, otherwise what is the point of the usps! If your carriers are afraid of dogs/spiders...etc, maybe they are in the wrong line of work, or should be kept in the office.

Package lost. In had to go into Post office to get attention to the loss and start a search. If customers do not have internet, they never would have known their mail was lost. Was told Local Postmaster would call me with a resolution but never happened. Several days after lost, package is at Bertrand Post office Waiting for Pickup after being returned from a mid-directed town, which happened after arriving at local post office in the first place. Appears attempt was made after its return but sent thru wrong route and return to Bertrand Post office stating, “No Access for Delivery”. The real issue seems to be the procedures practiced by the Local Postmaster. Postmaster difficult to reach by phone and when she knew I was in the lobby, directed front desk person to deal with me, knowing I was very angry. Postmaster told me by phone to open a CLAIM to begin a search rather than speak to me directly while I was in the Lobby. It happens ever 3 months like clockwork and I I have to come in to pickup when I own a house at a valid address with street access. My issue is the the Local Postmaster(s) have zero accountability. When I’ve had an issue and (she) knew I was angry, she was still route angry customers to the front desk where they catch the heat, instead of her. I respect that many curriers make mistakes, but an improvement would be IF... (Action Item) 1) add an additional selection for carriers to choose,”Will attempt Delivery Next Business Day” 2) The Local Postmaster on duty, would check a list of non-deliverable items Daily for flaws and send them out to be re-delivered, correctly, the next day. 3) The Local Postmaster should meet to diffuse angry customers instead of expecting the Front people to catch their anger.
