Customer service over the phone is despicable.

Why does the USPS print that an item is out for delivery and don’t deliver that item. It’s sad that all the postal service is worried about is keeping up a image.

I am having trouble with the post office lady that delivers my mail I have ordered eggs in the past and now is keep on coming whenever I order my ears she throws it open and horses it like flips in the air like it says fragile on it and she does not take it serious that the eggs that’s inside I will crack and break so I’m just letting you know that this is not acceptable to the mail lady my address is 163 American Boulevard Houma Louisiana if this keeps up I will tell her something personally and she’s not gonna like it very much

Don't answer the phone. Don't wanna wait on you on site. Loose certified mail. Don't pay to have informed delivery if they skip a day because you will never get that mail. Thrown away I guess. The help you get when you have to meet quotas instead of having people earn a position.

I'll had trouble with my postal carrier on my street several times. I just mailed off a certified letter with a signature but I never got the return receipt and that the individual received my mail I don't know if they got the mail or not but hopefully they did. I've had other problems with the carry from time to time. I'll wait and to the post office on Lafayette Street fill out the Yellowcard to hold my mail while I was out of town. The meal never got held when I came back and asked for my meal the postal worker said there was no mail kept. There are a lot of things going on with this post office and no one seemed to address it are take care of the problems what's really going on with the workers at this office

If employees in the private sector would perform this poorly in their work effort, they would be fired immediately. But because these employees are hired by the U.S. government their jobs are sacred, and therefore protected, no matter how feckless their work performance is. I too, put mail in the mailbox with the flag up on a Saturday before 5:00am, and no letter carrier even came into my neighborhood that day. I know that because my eight cc cameras recorded all the activity of that day until 10:00pm. My husband brought my mail to the Post Office at Rouse's so my mail would go out on Monday. I, too, called the Post Office four times on Monday, before someone finally picked up the phone, and was put on hold for over 30 minutes. So, I just hung up. But bright and early on the Monday morning, the letter carrier, who was supposed to deliver mail on that Saturday was delivering the mail. I thought that was strange since my mail is usually not delivered until after 3:00 pm--if we're lucky. Later on that afternoon, the scheduled mail carrier, not the one who showed up on Monday morning, for Monday afternoon's delivery was delivering the mail. So, that means the carrier who showed up Monday morning was trying to get the mail delivered that she did not deliver on Saturday before anyone could complain about it. However, complaining does nothing to rectify the situation. Now that I have been displaced by Hurricane Ida, and have a temporary P.O. Box number in the town where I am staying, I still; have issues with my mail getting delivered to my temporary address, even though I have no mail receptacle at my permanent address in Houma. And since the Post Office took it upon themselves to redirect my mail to my temporary address, at least I am getting most of my mail here with no problem because postal workers here do their work with integrity.

Just so you'll know. The republican PostMasterGeneral is intentionally causing mail to be delayed country wide by running extremely short handed. Everyone's mail is the same way. I probably only get delivery 4 days a week on average. All carriers are delivering 1-1/2 routes and can't possibly finish, so what is brought back gets delivered the next day. Until DeJoy is fired and a real PMG is installed, it will continue this way. Those are the facts and there's probably nothing any of us can do about it. It is not the carrier's fault, other than for a few of them. Most carriers are doing everything they can and are being way over worked.

IS THE POSTAL EMPLOYEES ON STRIKE OR HAVE BEEN ON BRAKE FOR DAYS. I PUT 2 BILLS IN MY MAIL BOX ON SATURDAY MORNING AT 6 AM. AND AS OF TUESDAY 9 PM THE SAME MAIL IS STILL IN THE BOX, WAS NEVER PICKED UP. YEA THE FLAGS UP. I CALLED THE POST OFFICE, BEFORE I COULD SAY ONE WORD I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR THE NEXT 30 MINS. SHE NEVER INTENDED TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I WAS ONLY HOLDING THE LINE OPENED SO THE PHONE WOULDN'T RING AGAIN. I'D STILL BE ON HOLD IF I HADN'T HUNG UP. SAD

Package unable to be delivered. Will be delivered on the next business day. I have no fence. No outside dog. The mail carrier didn't attempt a delivery. They didn't even try. Very disappointed. Lazy. Guess they didn't want to get their shoes dirty. Rain sleet or snow. But sunshine? Heck no.

I waited all day yesterday for a package to be delivered. The first tracking said by the end of the day July18th. The second tracking said will be delivered between 12:30 and 430pm July 18th. Then the third tracking was by 8pm on the 18th. The mail person was driving up my at street at 7pm. They usually turn around and come up my street. Not today. This morning the tracking is saying that the package is available for pickup at the post office for 6pm 0n July18th. Don't understand why it was not delivered when it was on the truck to be done. I am so frustrated with this delivery service. I also have not received mail in 2-3 days. This is ongoing problems with delivery and pickup. The post office responded to my last complaint with an email saying someone will contact me, but no one ever did. I am disabled with mobility issues and would appreciate be able to rely on the USPS. Seriously something needs to change...

I was waiting on a package yesterday. I left work early because my mail lady is always here before I get off. I watched as she skipped my street entirely and went to the next neighborhood. Then low and behold I get a message at 7 pm saying my package was undeliverable. That is bull! Y’all are too lazy to come down the street to deliver it. Then lie and mark it undeliverable! And guess what, I’m trying to call the Houma post office to tell them to hold my package so I can pick it up! And no one is answering the phone. Y’all seriously need better management there!

Y'all have the poorest an incompetent delivery service that I've ever seen for my mail. I've asked you all kindly several times to keep my mailbox closed when delivering my mail because of I get important documents that gets wet from not closing my mailbox tightly I have reported to y'all my mail carrier that she is not closing my mailbox add today my mailbox was wide open with important documents in there this gotten wet. Now I am holding y'all liable for my time of having to recontact the companies to issue out the documents if this is not addressed ended with my mailbox not being closed I will speak to my mail carrier personally

Is no one working at any post office between Houma and New Orleans??? I’ve been calling all morning and can’t talk to a real person when calling the 800 number. And when calling The actual post office between Houma in New Orleans every one of them no one answered. Y’all must be all in desperate need of employees because you have none working for you the answers the phone. This is very sad this is very sad.

Was waiting on a package to be delivered Saturday. Well it got delivered alright. Carrier left it on the hood of my car. Now we were home so why was my package not delivered to my door or just squeezed into the mail box like they usually do. This is poor service and lazy. Package was delivered to 401 Sugar Land Street, 70364. Don't know who carrier was that day.
