Can I as the driver to shut the mail box after leaving the mail in it? It’s easy just open and close. I don’t like wet mail and the mail that’s delivered shouldn’t be getting wet.

March 9, 2020: I have been visiting this post office since the winter of 2004, and since that time I have come accustomed to being served by salespersons who are rich in character and have pleasing personalities. Until today all of my experiences at this post office have been pleasant. At about 11:15am today, I visited this branch to have two boxes mailed to Orlando, Fl. The salesclerk informed me that the fee would be $56. The salesclerk was a young tall (about 5’10”) African American female name Dawn. Once I agreed to the price the salesclerk then notified me that she was in error and the actual price would be $146. I then told her I was not prepared to pay that amount and proceeded to collect my boxes. The Salesclerk raised her voice and in a very aggressive tone shouted that she did not appreciate me holding up her line and then complained that I made her miss part of her lunch. At this point, I do not believe I need to stress just how appalled, embarrassed, and unpleasant it was to have her yell at me and to hear her blame me for the scheduling woes of this branch. As I walked away, I had no other choice but to wonder if her supervisor internally trained her to whine, scream, and blame customers for her work environment. As I am composing this report, some time has passed since this morning, still the bemusement grips my mind. I am not accustomed to being mistreated as I was today at this location; although, I will continue to patronize this location, but I trust that in the future my experience at this location will be much healthier.

I am waiting on a letter from the gonzales la city clerk of court or gonzales city police department. They mailed it this weekend and it's Wednesday now and I have not received it. My address is 14200 Martin Moran road, Gonzales la 70737. Since they are coming from the same zip code. How long should it take to receive my letter. Please have my mail carrier call my number at 2254504387. Thank you

I used to get my mail about 3pm, now it is more like 8pm if I get it at all. My mail from last Saturday was delivered sometime Sunday. I am waiting on a package that was out for delivery. The note on the package from 7:33pm yesterday says it could not be delivered due to no access to my property. Please, it is my home and I was here. I just want my mail everyday at a decent hour. Is that not what you do?

I am still waiting for a package from Amazon that was shipped out on 06-20-17, tracking #9361289671090231041097. The last update was that it left carrier in Whitetown, IN. Can you please shed some light on what's the delay?

9374889671090184830812 This is the package routing number for a parcel that I have been informed was left in my mailbox on Saturday. After checking several times, this package has not been found. My usual mail person rings the door bell with packages, so I am guessing that this was not delivered by the usual person. I am so upset because this is a gift from one of my sons, and I was waiting excitedly to receive it. Can you check to find my package? Thank you.
