Rude! Unprofessional! Mean! Horrible customer service! Went to pick up a package after they did not deliver mine on the requested re-delivery date I set up online. The lady that assists me is very uncooperative, rude, and just plain mean! I recently got married and since the Social security office has been closed due to Covid, I was unable to change my last name yet. She insisted I came back with an ID that has my married name on it to show her before she can release me my package. I offered to call the sender, show my husband's check copy, insurance, etc but she is not interested at all. I got so many packages from the same sender and I had no problem receiving them from our mailman. And as soon as the clock strikes 12 noon she immediately kicks me out of the building not hearing anything I am saying while continue to verbally kicking me out and walking towards the door to locked office. I was very embarrassed in front of the other customer and was very hurt! And because I am 5 weeks pregnant I left that building very upset that I ended up shaking and crying due to how she made me feel that day.

Don't bother setting up mail stops. I have attempted to do so on several occasions. The most current attempted in having my mail delivered for 10 days after the stop was arranged. When I had my mailbox checked it was overflowing. The time previous was the same. It took another week t get them to restart delivery. I have spoken with the post office manager multiple time but I'm always give an excuses an the problem persists.

Broussard mail man makes false claim of illegal activities and notifies police. Police arrive and threaten home owner, citing the mail man was retired officer.

We have a complaint about our postman. He drives in our yard & makes ruts, he knocked over our mailbox one day and left, and now he is not leaving our packages in the mail box nor leaving a note that we have a package. We don't know what his problem is, but this issue needs to be addressed. Thank You

02/23/17 I went into the broussard la post office asked the clerk if I can buy just 2 stamps. His reply was we only sell them in twenty an if he did he would lose his job so I turned around an walked out. I drove 5 plus miles ON MY LUNCH BREAK which is only 30 min to the cade louisiana post office an asked the same question. The clerk politely said yes sir we do. I asked why doesn't the broussard office sell single stamps an he said they do I also work there . So I wonder why I was told they broussard office lied to me. Have a nice day
