I put a hold request on my mail and my mail is still being delivered. There’s a package in my mailbox of value that should be holding.

I have been sent mail 3x in the last 4 weeks & have not received even 1 of them! Last week I had outgoing mail in the mail box, with the flag up. The carrier placed my new mail on top of the outgoing mail; but was kind enough to put the flag down. I have happily reported this situation to the Post Master General.

I went into the Woodlawn post office about getting a key for my box in my neighborhood. The lady that waited on me was so rude and raised her voice at me. With the lobby being full I was totally embarrassed. I told her she was rude and there was no need for her to raise her voice at me. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. I will never again go to that post office. There is no sense in employees being that rude.

The MOST INEPT bunch of uncaring people I’ve ever encountered. What is the point of having an investigation process if they’re going to send your package back to the shipper even when they know its yours

Is it at all possible to speak to a live person with through the local # or the 1-866 #. ? I’ve tried on numerous occasions and no luck. Frustrating.

Why everytime one go online to fill out an application for a postal job and it either send you to a site where you can't type anything in the application or it send you to sites showing openings, and it comes to an area where people call you asking if you would like to further your education, and the people never point you to the site to fill out the application for that job. Oh so, not nice to keep getting the run around.
