I have been trying to call and keep getting hung up on. Not good service at all. I am trying to advise that I have someone for the last few weeks who is a new deliver person who keeps putting everyone on my streets mail in my mailbox. He has even taking mail being sent to pay bills from my neighbors and put them in my mailbox. Please talk to him and I only want my mail and no one elses delivered to my home. This is unacceptable since it is bills coming in and being sent. I would appreciate a call 502-407-2047

My mom hasn't had her mail picked up for the last two days (9/15 and 9/16). She's been trying to call, but nobody answers. Her number is 502-477-8250

Unable to speak to Postmaster. Tried calling numerous times, and other than the original computer message, no one answered the phone. Would appreciate a message back via email. Thank you

My birthday package has been at the Post Office since January 4,2021 and they still have not delivered it to me. What is the hold up? I've called several times and no one answers.

Readers Digest had a letter written by Loretta Riker. It was how her dog, Misty, concerning her deceased husband. It was very sad and I was wondering if it really happened that way. Her address was: Taylorsville, Kentucky. I wish she could email me. Thanks, Jim Williams

The mail carrier DID NOT knock on the door to obtain a signature for a package. The package was not left. No attempt at delivery has been made for two day despite the fact that I signed the release form to leave the package. An adult has be home at all times for the past three days.

Spoke to the postal worker who delivered a different package today. Seems that the post office has misplaced my package. She said they would look for it. Didn't inspire a lot of confidence. Tracking number: RV820505659GB

1/13/2020 Sub mail person gave us mail for 3 other addresses besides ours! They did this a while back and it even had the cardboard dividers still between them. Other neighbors in our subdivision are also complaining!!

The mail carrier DID NOT even knock on my door before making the decision to not drop off my package today. Due to no secure location for them to leave it at. So now my package I was waiting for, and needing by Thanksgiving, will not be available for pickup until Friday. Again, no one even knocked on my door and I know this because my children were home all day, all 3 of them. In the future, you may need to refresh the workers on how to properly deliver the mail

I received a letter today that specifically says DO NOT BEND and it was bent in the middle. This was my sons high school diploma and now it is ruined. Very dissatisfied with this carrier.

Do Not go to the Taylorsville Post office if you need a passport!!! I was there @ 9am to get my passport and photo to go on vacation only to be told they did not take any passport information until 10am regardless of what their website stated and if I didn't like it, I would have to go to the Louisville Post office. So, I waited an hour while they did pretty much nothing, not even help one customer who asked for change for her transaction only to be told she had no cash on hand???? Four weeks later my passport was held up due to an inaccurate picture THEY took. I went back there to have it re-taken only to find out they needed my receipt. Really? It was the same girl who took it the first time and she recognized me. Anyway, I called the Passport agency and now have to pay an additional $75 to have it expedited due to the POST OFFICE NOT TAKING THE PICUTURE CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME. If you want something done right...don't go there! Completely unprofessional
