Tried to phone Shelbyville,Ky post office for 45 minutes Wednesday March 12th. No answer at local listed number. Needed to stop my mail forwarding right away. Called 800 number and no options offered to deal with mail forwarding. James Hurtt.

I mailed my post office box payment inside the office about a week ago. Received email saying it had not been received. Unless I forgot to put my check in the envelope that I received to pay it, it should be paid. I tried calling at 9 and to about 9:30 , and no one answered the phone. I don't know how my payment got lost or what.
