We had no mail service from Saturday morning (10/9) until after 7:00 PM last evening. I left 2 pieces of outgoing mail in the box early Sat. morning that were not picked up until late last night. My husband lost a dear friend whose obituary was in Monday’s Ledger, and the funeral was yesterday. This lack of timely mail service is frustrating and totally unacceptable.

Multiple times the carrier has passed by my mailbox when I don’t have a delivery coming, even though my flag is up for outbound mail. Calling is useless because it keeps asking for a remote access code, then hangs up.

The first week of June. Put two graduation cards in our mailbox to be delivered nearby. Both have disappeared. Received a package that had been ripped open and appeared to have been attempted to be taped up. Moderately valuable contents were missing of course. No note from mail carrier, and apparently it wasn't reported.Talking to postal employees has so far been a waste of time.

They are inept. They're the Murray Post Office. They don't have to care.

We have begun to receive mail on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only. Even when there has been mail for pickup, the carrier has not stopped.

Out of all the places to review online I honestly thought the post office would be the last place to write an angry review. I was wrong. I have had countless times where I get phone calls from businesses getting returned mail because my carrier may be the most useless person in town. How hard is it to put a piece of mail in a box? I'm so sick of having to go into the post office and ask them to start delivering my mail. No excuses for not doing your simple job. My blind deaf grandmother is more competent than the Post Master and all of her employees combined. I just cant wait until I don't have to worry about someone not delivering my mail.

Worst service and care possible. Sent a package to my brother paid for two day or what I was told, by the idiot behind the counter was two day and the package took 1 week to get to my brother. Let me add that he didn't even get his package from me in time before he left for a six month deployment. Top it off the supervisor just kept saying sorry and did nothing about it. Go figure bunch of clues less people behind a counter. Don't even care about getting my money back, it's the fact that I sent a package which I was told would get there in two days and didn't and the fact that it was for my brother who had just left for a 6 month deployment in the military who I may not hear from.
