We have not had any mail all week and just saw a black female carrier walking down the street but not going to anyone's boxes. Why, our sidewalk is clear. We used a snow blower for several neighbors as well

Two nights ago, at 5:30pm, on May 31, at the Baxter station in Louisville KY USPS, I was retrieving my mail from my USPS box. Which I pay for. I heard sexual moaning from behind the boxes. I thought at first that it was a real person engaging in sexual activity but then realized it was explicit, audio porn. Likely from a computer. It carried on for a while as I retrieved my mail. I knocked on the wall and it got quieter. This is a formal and public complaint. This is so inappropriate. Be professional, people.

This place is great. They keep the undesirable riff raff out in the gutter where they belong.

Don't let this place fool you, if you're going to get a PO Box here. The access to being able to check your PO Box is NOT 24hr access, as they state. You can ONLY access your PO Box from 8am-5pm, M-F, and 9am-1pm on Saturday, AND NOT AT ALL ON SUNDAY!!! Pretty sad, you pay to have access for 24 hrs, and you can only access it for a small fraction of the time they list, and you must work around your own personal work schedule to be able to have access, as they lock the door to the PO Boxes when they leave. This is bullsh*t, period......false advertising. PLUS, many people at this location are down-right rude/hateful. DO NOT GET A PO BOX HERE IF YOU NEED ACCESS TO YOUR BOX OUTSIDE NORMAL WORK HOURS, they lock the doors. I feel sorry for anyone working M-F from 8am-5pm and can't go check their mail, as they close before you even get off work. THEN, if you're not working on Saturday, you only have a 4-hr window you can access it, and if you aren't up then, or forget.......you've wasted ANOTHER week's worth of paying for services you can't access.
