The mail delivery people keep delivering everyone else's mail but mine. Box has many people mailbox in it so they don't have to goto house to house. Saves them time and walking. Isn't that against the law to withhold someone's mail. I'm high disappointed in a service that can't back up when they advertise how dependable they are. Will get your mail to ya rain, sleet, snow, or shine. Cept if car is within 30 feet of your own mail box. I can't help it I have to park on the street and some stupid USPS person decided to put the mail box directly in front of my house. GET OUT THE TRUCK AND DELIVER THE MAIL. ITS YOUR JOB! Lazy. Plain and simple.
I am wondering why the drive by mail drop box has been taped off for weeks at the Beaumont Post Office. I have been going inside to post my mail, but when in a hurry, or bad weather, the drive by drop box is so much more convenient. Just wondering whether this is part of the new attempts to cut costs, or if it was due to vandalism.
While trying to find a missing package (still missing btw) that said it was delivered to our office, I have had no luck in getting the Beaumont postal office to answer the phone so I can get help locating this package. Please do better!
Very disappointed that the package I put in the drop box Saturday at 10:00am has still not scanned for tracking. This is Monday at 11:00am. Drop box in front of your building said you picked up at 5:00. Now, no one answers when I call to get an explanation. This is a very sad way to handle your customers.
I am disgusted with the mail delivery service from Beaumont USPS carriers. I recently moved. YES, I put in a change of address to go into effect on 9-9-20. I just found out a friend sent me a card and it was returned to her like 2 weeks after she mailed it stating "vacant house"! NOW, what good did it do if the post man isn't forwarding the mail like they should? I know it wasn't my usual postman as he has always gone above and beyond delivering my mail. Your substitute postal ees need to get on the ball and do their job. Also, I have tried calling this post office numerous times and no one must be working as you NEVER answer the phone. I KNOW you aren't that busy because when I have gone inside, I and the postal person behind the counter would be the only ones in the lobby. No wonder the USPS is in "financial" trouble no one does their job!
I have in the Wednesday USPS email stating I have a peace of mail mailed from the 40517 branch . I have not gotten it. There have been some other mail I have not received.

Medication that fedex said you delivered today did not come. Why?When I enter tracking number on their website it says unspoken delivered today at 10:44 then I go to your web site and tracking number is wrong or unavailable
This information is out dated and incorrect. I called for an appointment and found out that only one (Nandino) post office is handling the passports and an appointment is not required.
