Postal Locations

My mailbox has been knocked off several times the last 6 months Once left in the ditch. It happened again today (3-26-2024). I discovered it @2pm after mail had been delivered. I meet’s installation requirements as far as I know. Please look into and advise if it needs to be moved to avoid it happening again.

I lost my mailbox key. I need to replace it. I called the 800 number and could not get anything or anywhere with it. I need to know how and how much it is to get another key?

In the last year I have had $700 worth of stuff stolen from my mailbox. In last 2 weeks my mom, and sister-in-law has also had packages stolen. I have contacted the Lebanon Post Office and they can not help I am told. Well first they said they would hold them but that isn't happening. Our boxes are at the end of our road which is about 1/10 of a mile from our houses, we have requested that packages be dropped off at the houses and that cant be done, I am told. It looks like after over $2000 stolen in the last month someone would do something.

My father send me a box, but he make a wrong postal code. He wrote 40060 instead of 24060. The box is in your office. How we can correct this mistakes. Thank you
