I called and talked with Chelsea concerning a package that was very late. She was so much help to me and she has a wonderful personality. I was very blessed to having her there to help me so much.

I had to call in and look for a lost package (Not USPS fault) and Chelsie went above and beyond looking for it and even checking other options for me to try to find my package. She was so sweet and helpful!!!

I would like to give a special salute to the Henderson Post Office. Chelsea is a very courteous voice on the phone, and she was kind enough to help me with what I thought was a lost package. The kind young woman, Amy is our regular postal carrier and she has a truck that is loaded up to the top each day. Her days begin early, and end late, but she never is anything but kind to us. Amazon has created quite a job for each of them, but they continue each day with a smile. Thank you from all of us.

Mail is frequently not delivered to my house. Things like the utility bill (not delivered twice this year already). Today two packages from Amazon said they were delivered at 4:30 but they were not. This has also happened before and come to find out in was delivered 2 doors down at someone else's house. It's a big hassle just to get your mail.

5/4/20 went to get mail out of mail box. Mail box as open. Postman had shoved a parcel box in to mail box actually tearing mail box partially lose from board it's mounted on. Parcel was so tight in box that I could not get it out. Finally had to cut hole in parcel box to be able to grip it to pull it out. Door was hard to close as box was mis shapened due to parcel being forced into it. Now will have to pay someone to repair!!! What is liability of postman/USPS in a case like this???

Everything I read was negative. But I want to say that I am thankful and proud for our US Postal carriers. I admire their faithfulness. In Jesus name.

packages are not being delivered properly. We are on the 5th floor of an office building and our packages are being left by the elevator on the 1st floor. There are lots of people in and out of this building. This is not appropriate, especially this time of year. Anyone could walk off with our packages.

Our mail person takes 1 1/2 lunch at McDonalds every day I understand they need to eat. Our first carrier use to get here every day by 1 I waited all day on 10/23 for my mail until 4:45 PM my neighbors said he didn't get here until 5;15 PM this is getting crazy. I live in town and this should not be happening. They need to hire more carriers that what to work

Today...people lined up out the door. 30 people in line at Christmas and as usual...one clerk. Who is the incompetent boob that runs that facility. This lousy service has been going on at that location for years.

The mail courier didn't deliver all the mail to 840 N Adams St. She only did three drop boxes.
