The bald headed guy and Tiffany need to learn to not exaggerate stories and call the police over completely calm and collected journalist. They both lied and lied and lied again and completely changed the narrative of what happened on Long Island Audits video.

I am continuing to get the previous occupants mail parcels, and on top of that even after putting in change of addresses through the official usps site. we are getting our mail with Question marks and circles around our names. Attempting to contact our local branch or the 1800. are dead ends. What do you need from us as proof that these people haven't lived here since we bought the property. and that my family DOES live here and have put in change of address forms. Months ago!

I haven't received my mail in three days and today a package wasn't delivered because they said my driveway was inaccessible. THAT IS NOT TRUE. My drive ad walks have been shoveled after each snow. My mailbox and my front door are completely accessible. What happened to delivery throw snow, sleet, and hail???? You can't even walk up a dry driveway to drop a box. Geez louise!

I went in to fill out passport information and change of address and the women at the desk treated me HORRIBLE. She had a attitude speaking to me the entire time. I felt very uncomfortable and appalled with how i was treated. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. The women had brown hair and was working at about 1:30pm on Saturday 1/23/2021. Please let me know this has been addressed and taken care of. I was so taken back with how she was treating me along with the other people that were in line. I am afraid she will not submit my address change since her attitude was very poor. I remained calm but she can not be talking to people the way she did. She does not need to be in customer service.

Please ask carrier to drive slower on Tranquility Drive when delivering mail to boxes.

I have lived at my residence for two yrs and I constantly get mail from my # address but different str and they hav received my bills, packages etc. Something needs to be done . It happens three or more times a week.. today i had a package box stuffed in my mail box along with mail that was so stuck it was ripped and a mess, I could not get the box out! I had to get a tool to finally pull it out. This has happened before and these boxes are my Job. They cannot be stuffed and damaged by this mail person who clearly needs help in appropriate behavior and maybe reading so they could deliver the correct mail to the correct house.

We received new mailboxes for our street and since day one 2 of the parcel boxes won't unlock and if you do get the lock to turn with the key the door won't open. I've requested 3 times for repair as well as other neighbors. Two days in a row now my packages are left in the heat until another visit by the post man. I specifically asked him NOT to put it in 2P and what does he do both times? Hopefully my product isn't damaged from heat as it's too be stored in no higher than 80 degrees..... I've written notes, called and so have neighbors to repair this issue and for a year it hasn't even been addressed. AWFUL!!!

It is Tax Day and it is 5:22 PM and my mailman has not been by to pick up the mail.

I believe my mail is being tampered with. I order from Amazon.com often and since December my orders have been late or I get notice that the package was damaged and sent back to the vendor for a refund. When I check the tracking number it often says "the package was handed off directly" - this is not true - I have never had a package handed off directly to me. One order in December, the package was obviously opened, but placed in my mail box anyway. My address is 2260 Jackson Court. Please investigate.

I've about had it with our mail service. The postal employee(s) servicing my area are ridiculous when it comes to delivering packages. They are completely lazy! They either shove too large of packages into our mailbox or they won't deliver at all- because gawd forbid they have to get out of their vehicle to deliver to door. Service has gone down hill for the last 1 1/2 years.

As of not getting my mail after a month of moving to our new house i decided to go up to the Turfway Road Post office near main street and asked them where it was and they said my car was to close to the mailbox to get mail there and that its the law they dont have to get out of their vehicles and he said he wasnt going to argue with me and gave me Frank the postmasters number to call because he was not arguing with me about it the Guy and the girl as of 4/12/2018 @ 3:30pm There all rude up there so i guess i have to move my car up EXactly 3-4 Feet so i can start getting mail to my address because there to lazy to step out of their car to do their job the right way

None of the packages I've ordered since living in Boone county have made it to my mail box or my house! It's so frustrating. I feel like the employees are too non chalant with other people's mail. It's a job to be taken seriously because they could never know what the packages contain or their importance to the people waiting for those packages.
