have informed delievery now for several years it tells us what is coming and then when its delievered. There have been so many very imporatant things misdelievered in the last 6 years and not just us other people on our street. we have lived here 35 years had important housing paper wprk sent back as no such address, we've even had our monthly bills delievered to a church way out on west kellogg. it's been so bad we and a few neghbors have called consumer affairs and reported it only to get a call back from the local post office "we'll check with the mail carrier" yet it still happens.
I was confused yesterday when both my mother and I (who live on the same block) received a notice printed on a large green card with only the initials USPS (PS: 7690-13-5610) on it, requesting us to confirm our last name and address so that it would help to provide better service and mis-delivery of the mail.
In this day of identity theft, I thought it best to not put it out on my mailbox but to take directly to my post office that services my neighborhood to confirm that the USPS actually requested this information. I thought I should document this concern.
On 10-15-2022 at 10:00am the clerk working the desk was a complete unhappy with life person!! I had label printed and she wouldn’t even tape it to my shipping box!!! I left and will go to another location and will never come back here! Get a new job if you don’t like what you do!!
My mail is being delivered the a house 3 blocks away. They have a completely different mail carrier…… can’t even get somebody at this location on the phone
I’ve tried to call the post office 27 times between Wednesday & Friday. No one ever answers the phone. They failed to deliver a package & I can’t get an answer as to where it is. I’m really getting irritated.
You should put up the hours of deliverary
because there are a lot of people who would love to know when they should check their mail because they have some stuff they are waiting on.
