Set up our forwarding for 2 months two weeks ahead of start date. Did not get any mail until 6 weeks into the 2 months. Now they won't stop forwarding mail & packages and it's been over 13 days since forwarding was to stop. What's the deal? Never had this issue before! Only other issue is mail being delivered to wrong address in neighborhood... good thing I do most online or it might cause late fees.

I filled out the card for my forward of my mail over a month ago. To this day, I have not had myail forwarded. I contacted my contacts and they are ok but YOUR post office has not forwarded my mail as my p.o. box was crammed full. Please acknowledge.

We are not receiving our mail. One letter on Monday 9/27 - NOT ours - did not get the expected bills - Tuesday 9/28 - expected a wad of mail - got only weekly ads. We shouldn't have to ask neighbors. If they are not honest enough to return or repost what does not belong to them as we have, they will not tell us the the truth at their front door.

I've had a package sitting in your facility since April 29 that was supposed to be delivered by 4/27. It still needs to make it to Illinois and it's 5/4. Think it's a little crappy I paid for priority mail and its been sitting there for 5 days untouched.

I paid a 1.05 0n Feb 3 to change my address on line. It seemed to work for a week. Then I noticed I wasn't getting all my mail. Then yesterday I get a envelope from tonganoxie post office with about 25 pieces of mail in it. Most with a tag witch says no forwarding address. So late payments on Insurance. Car credit cards. So who gets the blame for that. Yesterday I sent in a change of a dress card. And tonight did a change of a dress on line. Let's see what happens now. Maybe they will get it Wright.
