PLEASE stop putting packages in my mailbox. The majority of them become damaged while trying to squeeze them out. Just drop at my front door. I’m in Lakeview neighborhood. Neighbors have same complaint.
A package was to be delivered yesterday. Today it says customer requested it held. This is a lie. I never requested a hold and now no one will answer the phone so I can determine where I need to go. This is the most horrible service on the planet.

Package has not been delivered. They will not answer the phone.
They stated that the package was not deliverable yet Amazon delivered that day without any problems.
Also stated they left a note (none found) but if they can leave a note then why not a 3 lb package.
Package was due on the 15th. Still waiting.

I keep calling your number and I keep getting hung up on. My package was delivered is reflecting that it was delivered at my apartment complex into a parcel locker, but the key to access the parcel locker was placed in the wrong mailbox. I can’t get my package and I can’t get ahold of anyone to fix this issue. This is so frustrating. I keep calling and I just get hung up on.
I need for the post man to open the larger mail box for me. I have boots in there I have been waiting since 10/27 to receive them also I left mailbox keys with my daughter at 11911 W. 49th ST. SHAWNEE KS 66216.

I went to this post office to mail a passport renewal application and was given incorrect information.I told the clerk that I wanted to track the letter. She rudely insisted that the only way to track it was to send it Priority Mail. After I got home, I looked it up and found that I could have sent it Certified Mail for $2.35 and had someone sign for it, which is what I wanted. It cost me $7.35 to send it Priority Mail with no return signature on a card. I could have sent my letter Certified Mail and saved $5. I will never go to this branch again. I have lived in Shawnee for 35 years.
