Came home today and checked the mail and found mail in my mail box that wasn't mine. No idea where my mail is actually at, and I can't get the post office to answer my calls 😑.

Leaves mailbox open multiple times, and I have pictures. Please inform all mail people to be courteous and close the mailbox after placing items in the mailbox. Thank you.

I ordered gifts online and they were sent via UPS mail innovations. They arrived in KC and were delivered to the Olathe Post Office ONE week ago. I live two miles away from the PO and USPS can’t get them delivered in a week??!! What a disgrace! Do not use mail innovations! This is like UPS handing your order over to the pony express

Came home today, key wouldn’t work in my community mailbox. Called the local post office at 4:00 PM. By 5:00 PM the lock was changed and I had new keys. We hear so much negative about the US postal service. This is a positive! Thank you! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

The key to the neighborhood package box 1P is stuck in the lock and the door won’t open. Box is #2693 on W 123rd Terrace. Tried calling but there was no answer. We have a package in it for mailbox 10.

2115 S. Walnut Olathe Ks 66061 box 11 in neighborhood group of mailboxes. My key won’t open the door. I need the carrier to bring mail to door until a repair can be made. Please also remove present mail and bring to my door. I have gifts in bulk mail area. I wish your phone worked.

Two days in a row our neighborhood has not received our mail. No packages yesterday either, despite being notified they had been delivered. We were assured it was out on the truck for delivery today. it's 7pm. No package yet. Seriously!

Today, Feb 7, just got mail that was finally forwarded from Olathe. Three bills post marked early December that were due in early January. Six Christmas cards that were also post marked early December. What garbage can did they finally find my mail in at Olathe post office. Glad I have auto payment on all my bills....thats what saved me from late charges and bad credit rating!!!

Mail very late this week, 9/30/19 through 10/01/19 thus far … Usual mail deliveries come in between 10:45 am until 2:30 pm. Usually we get our own mail, but occasionally receive other address's mail. Today and yesterday the mail has been after 3:00 pm....Today, 10/1/19 not here yet at 4:30pm. Are things changing drastically, not just the postal delivery person, but the routing, etc.?

The person who answers the phone is extremely rude.

Called for basic info as we just moved to the area, was immediately met with a rude tone, short answers that cut off my questions to where she had to make me ask again because her assumptions were wrong, and just overall not friendly. Very happy with the area but I never thought KC’s post office would be better than Olathe’s.

Poor service! Daughter paid for priority mail to make sure Father's Day card arrived on Friday before June 16. It finally arrived on June 21, a week late from Coral Gables, FL. Our son in Flower Mound, TX, mailed a card on June 17 and we have still not received it on June 27. I feel the problem is with our carrier not the starting point. Please check that we have a reliable delivery person for 11545 S. Bell Court Dr. Unit 103, Olathe, KS. 66061

I walked out my front door this afternoon and found a package that was apparently "delivered" sitting on one of my plants in a flower bed about 10 feet from my front door. Why the postal carrier could not make it the extra 10 feet to my door is beyond me. I then spent 15 minutes on hold waiting to talk to the postmaster in Olathe, only to have the phone disconnect on me. There is no customer service anymore with the USPS.

I receive my people magazine today in the mailbox and the first dozen pages are totally shredded and half the pages are missing! I’m surprised that it wasn’t placed in a bag with a note of some sort like I’ve received in the past, how did they even know it was to my address, that portion is ripped off as well. Just not handled at all, very differently as before when this happened.

The postal box that services 12623 South Hastings Street (Post 2465); the box on the left (1P - RED), the lock does not work. Its also cockeyed. The key placed in our postal slot will not go in and never opens. On the contrary, the other box opens when barely inserted. Can you get these locks fixed.

The postman that comes to MB is the rudest person I have ever met. He comes into the office, won't speak when greeted and if he does decide to respond it is usually just a "grunt". That is not the kind of "customer service" I would expect or appreciate from someone who works so closely with the public. This is the 3rd year he has been delivering mail to our school so you would think by now he knows the office staff well enough that he could at least be cordial!
