Melissa was not at all helpful during our passport renewal appointment and threw a hissy fit anytime we had any questions about the process. She very rudely told us that she wouldn't process anything without a noncopy birth certificate, even though everything online says that providing a previous passport meets requirements, which we had, even the poster outside her office said so! When I pointed out the poster she raised her voice at me and for mentioning it and mumbled more sentences which I was too scared to ask her to repeat.

The passport attendant, Melissa, is unhelpful and rude at best. I have never had any service worker speak as blatantly nasty as she was to me and her coworkers. If she hates her life and her job she should find an alternative, not continue waving her poor quality French tips in people’s faces.

I scheduled a redelivery for today. I watched the carrier drive right by my house and then left a redelivery slip that they missed me into the community mail box. Never came to my door. Where can I file complaints...not that anything ever changes

My kids wrote letters to Santa asking for what they wanted & I checked on the website & seen that their letters were adopted by people & my kids just never received their gifts in the mail ? they were so heart broken. It’s already June & we still haven’t received them... how upsetting. Name is Angela Gonzalez & my email is if you find them please contact me!

I am very displeased with my carrier(s). My mail has been forwarded to the douglas county jail numerous times and I don't feel that I am receiving my mail when I should. Alot of the days I don't get any mail and then I will get a stack of mail with a rubber band around it. I had some important papers come that needed a response by a certain date but I was unable due to not getting my mail.

I have a brother who is a disabled veteran. Presently he receives his mail at the end of his driveway. Many times he has to wait until someone comes to get it for him. He receives his numerous medication from the VA by mail. He is scheduled for knee surgery soon, followed by hip surgery. Is there anyway his mailbox could be moved to his door? It would be a blessing and we could stop worrying about him falling in the driveway.

I tried to drop my tax return today (7/15/20) at 7pm on at Vermont location. But the office door was close. I had to drop outside mail box. Can these mails in the box get 7/15/20 time stamp?

Thanks, my parcel to Munich, Germany, arrived within a week. And the staff in the Lawrence Vermont St. post office was very helpful, friendly and considerate, and he even managed to satisfy the customers in the long row waiting behind me.

Very disappointed! One package was listed as out for delivery on 12/23. Next day it states available for pickup. I call the post office and clerk tells me it's out on the truck again (I'm sure he didn't even check the tracking number I gave him). Next day it says returned to sender. Clerk informs me it's been returned because the label was ripped and they couldn't see the first '4' of our house address. They could have pulled up the tracking info online!! Second package is almost the same OMG! Still have to call them to confirm why it's sitting at the post office arghhh
