Postal Locations

Well I have recently moved from Lakin I’m still undecided where I’m moving. Your postmaster Stephane sent me a card and told me I have 30 days to figure where I’m going. I asked the question where does my mail go is it more feasible to put the mail in the shelf until I get a permanent address or does she send it back to the people who sent in the first place. My bills, my checks, everything goes there. Is there a school we can send her to Schools of Friendliness and Communication skills. She’s flat out rude And hateful.So my question is where does my mail go? What gives her the right to ruin my credibility with the people I do business with and communicate with on a daily business.

I have a complaint. Our mail was forwarded to our physical address. Your employee said they eould watch forbit. After we moved here we got a box. That was required to receive mail yet the employee, stephanie said we had to issue a new card with pob on it to receive. Small town. My old postmaster said we could fill another cardvbutvthey should take care of it here. I did the first forward on Nov. 12. Almost 3 wks n no mail. Our income is being mailed. Disgusted in this.
