We are located at 10 S. Main Hutchinson, Ks. Today Feb. 16th our mail courier for the second time this month DID NOT pick up our out going mail. It is in a basket labeled OUT GOING MAIL. So again we dropped it off at the post office.

That’s been happening to us too. He hasn’t been giving us our mail or taking the mail that needs to go out. I’ve called 5 times and nothing is ever done. My packages are now being left on our steps instead of being more desecrate or up to the actual door.

Our regular postman for 420 south main Hutchinson 67501 retired and we have had a new one for several weeks. He is a tall slender dark haired man with a beard and is a very good hard working postman I hope he will be our permanent carrier one of the best we have had

You have an employee with this name who lives on this street. He comes home often 5-6 times a day in his delivery vehicle. I would not be happy to have an employee who is taking advantage of the clock. I just hate seeing people taking advantage of something.

My packages are being left out in the weather on a daily basis. Medication packages are being left out in the open instead of between screen and door. All of this on multiple occasions. This is my third complaint.

My package says "delivered". I never received the package on 12/4/2020. The post office needs to find my package! I will be calling them tomorrow.

We had some packages delivered the other day (Nov. 12, 2020) the carrier just tossed them on the porch. Did not ring the doorbell, knock or anything. Not at all what I would expect from the USPS. It was not our regular carrier or I would of had words with the person. Fortunately they were not breakable but if they had been damaged I would be extremely angry. I have a video of the delivery person if you would like to watch, I'm sure others will find it disappointing that this happens.
