Tried to use online change of address...it isn't user friendly or explanatory. Wouldn't take my card because it didn't have current billing address. Well I'm moving. Duh. And it's an old card. I'm trying to change my address and it held the payment evertime I tried to make it. I'm telling you where I want my mail...and you are making it hard.

We have had a problem with delivery at our address since the retirement of our older carrier, The new carrier messes up on addresses and we never know weather we will get your mail or your neighbors mail. Today 1/23/2019 our carrier cannot even open and close a mailbox. The rain got to our mail and destroyed tax documents! This is the kind of service we get.
